Customer Service

We believe strongly in the importance of excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us at (888) 577-0666. If you have any problems ordering through our website, please call us as we can take your order over the phone. If you contact us by email, we will respond within 24 hours.

If you contact us by email, please include the full name (first and last), email address and order number associated with the order. Under most circumstances, we will be glad to either refund or replace the product.


Shipping

Orders usually ship from our warehouse same business day.

UPS Next Day and 2nd Day orders will ship on the same business day if placed by 3:00PM CST.

Shipping Methods:

  • UPS Ground with tracking number.
  • UPS Second Day Air with tracking number.
  • UPS Next Day Air with tracking number.
  • USPS Priority Mail with tracking number.
  • USPS Media Mail (NO TRACKING NUMBER)
We only ship orders from our warehouse Monday through Friday (we are not open on the weekends). All shipping rates are calculated during checkout. We use exact rates based on the weight of the product and the zip code the product is being shipped to. UPS will not ship to a P.O Box and we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. Returns, Refunds and Replacements:

Please call or email us to initiate a refund or return and we will provide you with an RMA number. Requests for RMA numbers must be made within 30 days of the shipping date. We will not accept any returns without an RMA number.

Please write your RMA number on the outside of your package. If possible, also include the packing slip from your original order. Any products returned without the proper RMA number will be assessed a 20% service and handling fee. RMA numbers are good for 10 days from the date of issue. The shipping costs associated with returning products are at the customer’s expense. Please send authorized returns to:

Please allow up to two weeks for refunds. All refunds will be made via the original payment method.

If the product is defective, we will offer a replacement. When the Returns Department has received your defective product, we will immediately ship your replacement product (dependent on stock availability).
